Dear Colleagues and Partners, Ladies and Gentlemen，
，

Good day! As the world’s leading supplier of lithium battery separators, SEMCORP fully understands that while pursuing economic benefits, we must actively fulfill our social responsibilities and strive for the comprehensive enhancement in environmental protection, social well-being, and corporate governance. To this end, we have initiated 2024 ESG material issues survey better identify and respond to the expectations and concerns of all stakeholders.

This questionnaire aims to gain an in-depth understanding of your evaluations of SEMCORP ESG performance, your future expectations, and the material topics you believe should be prioritized. Every piece of your feedback is valuable advice for us, and it will directly guide the formulation and implementation of our ESG strategy in the new year, helping us to more accurately identify areas for improvement and pushing SEMCORP to make more solid strides toward sustainable development.

We sincerely invite all stakeholders to actively participate in this survey and jointly contribute ideas and suggestions for the sustainable development of SEMCORP. Let us move forward together to practice ESG principles and create a greener, healthier, and fairer future.

Thank you for your attention and support!
